per_all_people_f

This table gives us very basic information about the employee. from ‘XX HRMS Manager -> People -> Enter and maintain‘ screen data goes into this table.

per_all_assignments_f

Employees’ and applicants’ assignment details are stored in this table. It is lined by person_id with per_all_people_f table.

per_addresses

Details entered in employee address form are stored in this table.

per_pay_proposals

This table will store all the information which is been entered in the employee salary form.

per_person_types

This table stores the type of an employee. It is linked with the per_all_people_f with the person_type_id.

per_jobs

This table stores types of jobs. It is linked with the per_all_assignments_f table to retrieve the correct job name of an employee.

per_grades

This table contains grade information of employees. It is linked with the per_all_assignments_f table to retrieve the correct grade name for an employee.

hr_all_positions_f

This table contains position definition information. It is linked with per_all_assignments_f table to retrieve position details of an employee.

hr_locations_all

This table stores location of parties or employees. It is linked with the per_all_assignments_f table to retrieve the correct location of an employee.

pay_all_payrolls_f

This table will contain payroll information. It is linked with the per_all_assignments_f table to retrieve the correct payroll name of an employee.

per_pay_bases

This table contains pay bases information of an employee. It is linked with the per_all_assignments_f table to retrieve the correct pay bases name of an employee.

per_assignment_status_types

This table contains information about assignment types. The assignment types generally would be ‘active assignment’ etc. It is linked with the per_all_assignments_f table to retrieve the correct job name of an employee.

per_person_type_usages_f

This table contains person type information of an employee. It is linked with per_all_people_f to retrieve correct person type of an employee.

hr_all_organization_units

This table contains operating unit, organization and business group information. It is linked to per_all_assignments to retrieve business group of an employee.

per_business_groups

This view contains business group information. It is linked with other tables by business_group_id.

hr_operating_units

This view contains operating unit information. It is linked with other tables by org_id

pay_element_types_f

When you create elements of employee salary, data is stored in this table.

pay_payroll_actions

Whatever is done with oracle payroll engine, entries are recorded in pay_payroll_actions table.

pay_element_links_f

To make payroll elements eligible to a group of people, element links are created. The information is stored in pay_element_links_f table.

pay_element_entries_f

For each and every element entry of an employee, information is stored in pay_element_entries_f table. It is linked with per_all_assignments_f table by assignment_id.

pay_element_entry_values_f

This table contains value of elements defined for an employee in pay_element_entries_f table.
